The Partnership is comprised of nearly 200 stakeholders representing more than 700 Downtown properties.
Pest Bird Task Force
70 public and private sector representatives that strategize solutions to minimize effects of starlings, crows and pigeons in Downtown. Meets monthly from October – March.
Downtown Indy’s public-private partnership representing 68 organizations and 186 security and police personnel who proactively address security issues, coordinate resources and act as a additional “eyes and ears” for IMPD. Partnership members are linked via WebEOC daily operations board, email, text and phone. Meets quarterly.
Wholesale District Area Task Force
More than 230 property owners, business operators and real estate professionals focus on redeveloping the area bounded by Illinois, Pennsylvania and South streets and Monument Circle. Meets quarterly.
Velocity: Accelerating Downtown’s Vision
A co-created, five-year strategic action plan for Downtown Indianapolis guided and activated by collaborating organizations. Launched in November 2013, the plan focuses on six areas: Downtown Environment & Experience, Housing, Neighborhoods & Livability, Multi-Modal Transportation Solutions, Vibrant Economic Development and Public Spaces & Activation. http://www.indyvelocity.com/

Circle of Lights® presented by the Electrical Workers of IBEW #481
Electrical Workers of IBEW #481, WRTV 6 and Downtown Indy, Inc. collaborate to present the annual Central Indiana holiday season kick-off with a live and televised event the day after Thanksgiving and season-long holiday decor.http://www.downtownindy.org/happening-downtown/hot/circle-of-lights/
The City has engaged Downtown Indy, Inc. as the Georgia Street manager. We develop, manage and market the street to enhance the vitality of adjacent properties and attract and host major special events and gatherings. Downtown Indy, Inc. convenes Georgia Street property owners, managers and street level businesses to facilitate coordination and communication related to Downtown Indy, Inc.'s management of Georgia Street. Meets quarterly. We also activate the street with outdoor cafes, special events and programming and manage day-to-day operations. The City of Indianapolis retains ownership of the street and is a key partner. Generated revenues are dedicated to Georgia Street operations.http://www.georgiastreetindy.com/
The Downtown Canal Walk
The City of Indianapolis has engaged Downtown Indy, Inc. to manage and market the Canal Walk. Downtown Indy, Inc. will work to enhance the vitality of adjacent properties and attract and host major special events and gatherings.
