Winterhouse Apartments

The Winterhouse, located at 1321 North Meridian, was built in 1913 by Ferdinand Winter.  It was the most luxurious apartment building ever built in Indianapolis. The original floor plans had ten rooms and contained more than 2,000 square feet!  In the late 1960’s, the property was transformed into its current configuration of spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments.
