Arts Market on the Circle

Downtown Indy, Inc. and the Arts Council of Indianapolis will present the Downtown Arts Market on the Circle. Twenty+ artists and crafters will offer unique creations including handmade masks, jewelry, home decor, paintings, ceramics, artisan soaps and body-care products, clothing, pumpkins and more.

For the final Arts Market Oct. 16, enjoy a Beer/Wine Garden with friends! (21+)

Artists Include:

Chris Baker - Handcrafted wooden and metal necklaces including Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Africa and others.

Joey Bauchle - Henna tattoo art as well as original acrylic paintings including mandalas, animals and shapes.

Willow Benjamin - Acrylic canvas paintings, stickers, prints, buttons.

Amy Carroll - Hand-painted porcelain, canvases and furniture.   

Chelsea Costello - Original paintings (oil and acrylic), smaller prints and hand-sewn face masks.

Dylan Daugherty - Macrame and other artworks that may be inspired by nature and succulents in decorative pots.

Faith Fetzer - Handmade wheel-thrown pottery including functional mugs, small planters, bowls, dishes    

Pamela Fraizer - Halloween-related painted pumpkins and paintings on recycled items including saws, floorboards and barn siding.

Christina Jobe - Garments such as scarves, hats,  face masks,  lanyards with charms

Matthew Macklin - Pop culture pieces and cartoons

Grace Marshall - Silver and copper jewelry with semi-precious gemstones, as well as Indianapolis-themed jewelry too that I make.

Rhonda Newsome - Sterling, copper and ceramic jewelry; functional ceramic items

Nikki Owens - ArtMix helps transform the lives of people with disabilities through the creation of art: ceramic and 2d visual art
    
Quincy Owens - Owens+Crawley - sculptures and objects including wall-based and freestanding light sculptures and planters.     

Michael Pietrocatelli - Black and white charcoal and pencil portrait artist

Michele Ray - Sewn small coin purses, bags, scrunchies to reusable household products, to multimedia jewelry. Crocheted items include art dolls, lighter covers, jewelry and Irish Crochet Lace.

Nicholas Smith - Original paintings, drawings and mixed-media pieces; prints of  originals  and a coloring book

Amy Ward - Original acrylic paintings (16 x 20 to 30 x 30) on canvas, small furniture pieces and recycled album covers   

Safety Details:

  • Hand sanitizer and hand washing station will be available onsite.
  • All patrons and employees are required to wear a face covering to enter the event.
  • All attendees must maintain six feet of social distancing from individuals outside of your group while at this event.

Monument Circle

Our beloved Monument Circle is the true heart of Downtown Indianapolis. Often filled with life on the lunch hour or during one of the many events that happen year round, it's truly a must-see for anyone visiting the Circle City.Check out the observation deck at the top of Soldiers and Sailors Monument.  Admission is Free if you walk the stairs or $2 to take the elevator ($1 for kids age 6 - 18). The Soldiers & Sailors Monument also houses the Colonel Eli Lilly Civil War Museum on the lower level and a small gift shop at promenade level.
