The Farm Bureau Insurance Lawn at White River State Park

This picturesque setting in White River State Park surrounded by 250 acres of green space is an ideal place to enjoy your favorite big-name band. Easley Winery’s Groovin’ in the Garden

Enjoy a glass of wine and free live music at Groovin’ in the Gardenconcert series. Concerts take place on Saturdays from 2 – 5 p.m., May 18 – Sept. 28. Visitors may bring their own food or order from a local restaurant and have it delivered to the winery.

Indiana Historical Society’s Concerts on the Canal

The Indiana Historical Society is bringing back Concerts on the Canal series including Free Admission Thursdays, which extends hours until 8 p.m. on concert dates. Concerts take place Thursdays from 6 – 8 p.m. and feature a variety of music styles. Seating is available on the grassy hill across the Canal or reserve a table or single seats. Guests may bring their own food and nonalcoholic beverages or order food from the Stardust Terrace Café and outdoor grill and the Hoaglin on the Rocks bar.

The Eiteljorg Museum's Summer Under the Sails Concert Series

Make plans to visit the Eiteljorg Museum this summer and enjoy Summer Under the Sails. The free summer concert series is a great way to get through that mid-week slump. Bands hit the outdoor stage at 6 p.m. each Wednesday in June and July. Additionally, admission to the museum is free from 5 – 8 p.m. each concert night. A cash bar and snacks are available. Bring a friend, grab a cold drink and enjoy live museum under the Sails. Outdoor concerts are dog friendly (with leashes).

Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s Lunch Break Series

Bring your lunch, grab a seat and let the ISO entertain you with symphonic favorites at 12:15 p.m. The Lunch Break Series concerts are brief (40 minutes long), informal, affordable and you can even bring your lunch into the theater. Tickets are $5.

Indianapolis Zoo’s Animals and All That Jazz

On Thursday nights from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., head to the Indianapolis Zoo for live music from all genres of jazz under the Bicentennial Pavilion. Come play early at the Zoo and stay late for a night of live jazz music. Enjoy the ambience of the Zoo after hours along with food stations and full bar (for purchase).
