Downtown Indy, Inc. has named Benjamim Eduardo as its new research manager. He is responsible for researching, measuring and archiving key demographic, employment, real estate and cultural statistics that benchmark current data sets. These efforts help in the development of Downtown and contribute to shaping the narrative of Downtown.
Eduardo completed his master's degree in applied economics in May from Indiana University (IUPUI). He moved to Indy from Luanda, Angola, Africa in 2013.
Additionally, Downtown Indy, Inc. has named Allison Troutner as executive assistant. She is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the president and vice presidents and serves as a resource with the DII Board of Directors and the Downtown Marketing Board.
Troutner most recently worked for the Orchard School as an assistant to the Early Childhood and Elementary School. She is a Ball State graduate and has a master's degree in anthropology and development from Maynooth University, Ireland.
Both employees live in Marion County.
