Talbot Street Art Fair on Talbot Street

Dad could use a new piece of art for his study. Ranked one of the finest fairs in the country, the Talbot Street Art Fair allows patrons to explore the works of more than 200 artists. Journey around the fair Saturday, June 15 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 16 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

INDIEana Handicraft Exchange at Harrison Center

Contemporary artwork and crafts, live music, local food, craft beer and more make for the perfect way to spend Saturday, June 15 from 12 – 8 p.m. Vendors include some of Indiana’s favorites selling t-shirts, jewelry, soaps, woodcrafts, art, pet goods and more. Also alongside the art fair, the Independent Music + Art Festival features 12 local bands on two stages plus brew from Sun King Brewery.

Italian Street Festival at Holy Rosary Catholic Church

Enjoy delicious Italian food, wine & beer, live music, and amusement rides Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15 from 5 – 11 p.m. Buy Dad some homemade cannoli and Italian beer.

Phosphorescent at Old National Centre

Kick off the weekend with some country-tinged rock music at Old National Centre Friday, June 14 at 8 p.m.

Groovin’ in the Garden at Easley Winery

Easley Winery offers free concerts every Saturday from 2 – 5 p.m. as part of their Groovin’ in the Garden concert series. Catch Party of Two Saturday, June 15. Bonus: The winery will also let you pack your own snacks or picnic lunch to enjoy out in the wine garden.

Live music in the Rathskeller Biergarten

Grab a German brew and listen to live music outside at the Rathskeller Biergarten. The Doo! performs Friday, June 14 and the Gene Deer Band performs Saturday, June 15.

Dad may not come right out and tell you, but he wants to go to this concert! And so do the girls. Make it a family affair and head Downtown by 7 p.m. for some “Cry Pretty Tour” fun.

Indianapolis Indians vs. Pawtucket at Victory Field

Enjoy Father’s Day at Victory Field with games all weekend. Head out to Victory Field on Friday, June 14 at 7:15 p.m. with fireworks after the game; Saturday, June 15 at 7:05 p.m. celebrating Super Saturday and Sunday, June 16 at 1:35 p.m. with kids eat free. Give Dad a day he’ll remember with the Father’s Day Catch on the Field Package. Summer Nights Film Series at Newfields

Celebrate Father’s Day with an outdoor movie at Newfields this weekend. Sabrina is playing June 14 and Hairspray is playing June 15.

Heroes for the House Run on the Downtown Canal Walk

Participate in the 13th annual Heroes for the House 5K Saturday, June 15. The run takes off from the NCAA Hall of Champions at 7 a.m. Families can also bike, walk or stroll along the 5K course and participate in the Rookie Run.

Indy Brew Bus

Let dad tour multiple craft breweries in Indianapolis. Indy Brew Bus stops at four local breweries, spending about 35 minutes at each one. Participants can keep track of their favorites on a scorecard. Tours are offered Thursdays – Sundays and tickets are $30.
