The Fourth of July looks a bit different this year. Here’s a list of the Downtown fun you can participate in, social-distantancing style!

Celebrate on the Patio

Pups, Trucks, Tailgate

  • Metazoa plans to brew up Fourth fun during their Fourth of July Tailgate! Metazoa welcomes pups and people, alike, to celebrate with tasty BBQ, BRICS ice cream, yard games, craft beer, and good times at the dog park. General admission is free, and early-bird tailgating spots are $20/car (prices will go up to $25/car after Thursday, July 2). Must be 21 or older to enter.

Turn Up the July 4 Soundtrack

  • A few popular country artists are coming together for an iHeartCountry 4th of July BBQ Presented by Lowes on July 3! Kane Brown, Lauren Alaina, and Old Dominion will be performing from their backyards, for an evening of great music and storytelling. Our Downtown community is invited to celebrate the Fourth together at 8 p.m. on The CW Network, as well as on iHeartRadio’s iHeartCountry Radio station.

BBQ at Home

  • Bring the July 4th celebration to your backyard, with great food, yard games, sparklers, and more! A couple of Downtown destinations to feed and please are Wildwood Market and Amelia’s where you can find local, fresh goods for your festive meals. Or check out Goose the Market, offering Fourth of July meats, sweets, and wine available to order online and pickup.
